REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY

Your satisfaction is our priority. Since our products are custom-made, please review our policies below regarding replacements and refunds.

1. ORDER MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION

After your order has been placed, you have a 2-HOUR WINDOW to contact us to request a modification or cancellation. After this time, your order goes into production and can no longer be modified.

⚠️ NOTE: We cannot guarantee changes to address or design after the 2-hour window has passed.

2. REPLACEMENT & REFUND GUIDELINES

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we will happily send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You are covered for 30 DAYS after receiving your order.

WE WILL ISSUE A REPLACEMENT/REFUND IF:

✅ The product arrived damaged or broken
✅ The design/print is blurry or distinctly different from the preview
✅ The wrong size or item was sent by us
✅ The order was lost in transit (tracking has not updated for 10+ days)

3. WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Because our products are personalized and made-to-order, we cannot offer refunds for customer errors.

❌ INCORRECT SELECTION: You chose the wrong size, color, or design
❌ INCORRECT ADDRESS: The package was returned or lost because the address provided was wrong or incomplete
