When will I receive my order?

At Personalizey, we work around the clock to ensure your custom order is created and delivered as quickly as possible.

Our typical processing and shipping times are:

  • 10–20 business days for US orders
  • 15–25 business days for international orders

(These estimates may vary if there are unexpected postal or customs delays.)

My tracking number isn't working

Tracking updates usually appear within 48–96 hours after you receive your tracking number.

This delay is normal—most carriers show the first tracking event only after the package has been scanned at the local facility.

Note: Some carriers may take longer to update tracking, especially for items like t-shirts, posters, canvas prints, or mugs.

Why is my tracking not updating?
