At Personalizey.com, every product is made especially for you. Because our items are personalized and made on demand, production and delivery times are slightly longer than standard retail products.

1. PRODUCTION TIME (PROCESSING)

All personalized orders require 2–5 BUSINESS DAYS for:

• Personalization and artwork setup
• Manufacturing
• Quality check and packaging

Production time may be longer during holidays or high-volume periods.

2. SHIPPING TIMES

We ship worldwide using trusted fulfillment partners.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME = Processing Time + Shipping Time

3. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number.

4. DELAYED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your order has not been received within 30 DAYS from the shipping date, please contact us at:

5. INCORRECT ADDRESS

• Please make sure your shipping details are correct at checkout
• Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed or returned
• If you need to correct an address, contact us within 2 HOURS after placing your order

Some countries may charge customs fees or taxes upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and we do not control or estimate them.
